on February 16, 2023, at the Wahpeton Event Center. Rolls and coffee will be served at
8:30 a.m., with presentations given by MDFC Ag & Research Staff, USDA-ARS scientists,
and Extension personnel from North Dakota State University and University of
Minnesota starting at 9:00 a.m.; a lunch will be served. A complete agenda will be sent
